Mental Health Media Awards

Keystone was first asked to organise the Mental Health Media Awards in 2005 and we have run them every year since. The awards aim to recognise and celebrate sensitive portrayals of mental health in the media which successfully challenge misinformation and stereotypes.

Keynote speakers have included Jeremy Paxman, Alistair Campbell, Trisha Goddard and Ruby Wax and the ceremonies are attended by journalists, broadcasters, producers and those from the world of mental health.

Keystone organise every aspect of the awards, including promoting the events to programme makers to encourage entries, following up potential entries, and creating and managing the award website. We also manage the short-listing and judging of the awards and, of course, event manage the ceremony itself which is held at BAFTA in London.
