
Keystone has run conferences since 1997 ranging from small seminars for 30 /40 people to major conferences, launches and receptions for 500 plus. Clients have included the Department of Health, DEFRA, CSIP, Learning and Skills Council, UK Trade and Investment, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Work and Pensions and the Home Office. We have also provided a range of receptions and conferences for the BBC and private sector clients.
We have a reputation for sensitive and accurate interpretation of a brief and attention to detail. At our events, we are responsible for every aspect of logistics from sending out invitations to delegates to creating badges, speaker liaison, PowerPoint creation, staffing on the day and evaluation. We also provided Audio Visual services and can design and install stage sets. For the majority of our conferences, we design and manage a conference website with electronic booking forms and believe these are as sophisticated and user friendly as any currently being produced in event management.
As well as the logistics, Keystone have wide experience and a strong reputation for putting together the programme for an event, sourcing speakers, booking and briefing facilitators and designing workshops. We have particular expertise in designing and running stakeholder consultation events. We have also run a number of events for sectors within government who are facing change, helping them to manage this process. We have a range of facilitators we work with, each with a different area of expertise.
