
Keystone manages events ranging in scale from small seminars to major conferences, with or without accompanying trade exhibition; from feature areas at major consumer exhibitions to public facing experiential events for clients from both the public and private sector. The company was established in 1997 by Jenny Stuart who had previously worked for the BBC for 10 years, first as a producer and then as Marketing Manager, BBC Radio 4.
Our core business is conferences and seminars and we can do as little or as much of this as the client requires. If you want to look after the content yourself and leave the rest to us that’s fine. We will find you a venue, design the event website, send out your invitations, organise your delegates, print the badges and the delegate packs, provide the audio visual, choose the menus and be there on the day to make it all run smoothly.
But if you also want ideas, then call us in from the start and we can work with you to put together the programme, research and book speakers, source and brief a facilitator, design the interactive elements, and show-call the day.
